Night nurses and nannies, hand‑picked by one of Cape Town's best.
Yvonne has spent 20 years looking after other people's newborns. Now she introduces families to the nannies she trusts, and nannies to the families who need them.
Yvonne meets every nanny
In person, with references called and first aid checked. If she wouldn't leave her own baby with them, they don't join.
Matched to your nights and days
Each job lists exactly which nights or days are needed, the children's ages and the pay, so the right person puts their hand up.
Looked after afterwards
Yvonne checks in after the first week. If something isn't right, she finds cover or a better fit.

Every job shows which nights, which days, and what it pays.
No guessing. Open a job, see the hours, the children and the suburb, and tap one button to tell Yvonne you're interested on WhatsApp.

Three sets of twins. Countless 3am feeds. One very calm pair of hands.
A mother to her own children and to the other little ones she's welcomed into her family, Yvonne is happiest with a baby in her arms. She trained in child nursing in 2013, has worked as a night nurse for Cape Town families ever since, and has since qualified as a birth and postpartum doula. Yvonne & Co. started because more families were asking for her than she has nights in the week.
From the first night home to the school run.
Newborn night nurse
Overnight feeds, winding and settling so parents can sleep. Usually 3–5 nights a week for the first months.
Postpartum doula
Support for mum as well as baby: breastfeeding help, recovery, rest, and someone calm in the house.
Day nanny
Weekday care for babies and toddlers, school runs, homework and the kids' side of the house.
Live-in nanny
Full-time, living with the family, usually with weekends off and travel by agreement.
Babysitting

Questions
Does it cost nannies anything?
No, never. Joining, applying and being placed are all free. South African law doesn't allow agencies to charge work-seekers, and Yvonne wouldn't anyway. Nothing is ever taken from your wages.
What does Yvonne look for?
Real experience with babies or young children, references she can call, first aid or infant CPR, and the kind of calm that settles a crying baby at 3am.
How do families pay?
Families pay Yvonne a once-off placement fee upfront, fully refunded if she doesn't find someone they're happy to hire. After that they pay the nanny directly, at the rate shown on the job.
Can I do nights and days?
Yes. When you sign up you mark exactly which days and which nights you're free, and Yvonne only sends you jobs that fit.
Which areas do you cover?
Cape Town: the Southern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard and Constantia, with more areas as the team grows.
